He is a graduate of the University of Nigeria, Nsukka; Nigerian institute of Advanced Legal Studies (NIALS), where he is a doctoral candidate. He has also benefitted from various ecourses of the World Bank Institute (WBI) on parliamentary studies. Mr. Anyaegbunam is the director of the African Centre for Parliarmentary& Constitutional Studies.His other books include the Origins of Football and the History of the World Cup (1999); Assembly Handbook, 2000 & 2003; The Legislator’s Componion (2007, 2010, 2013), Faith: The Cornerstone of Success (2000)
