Description This book was set in Baskerville Monotype by the Mackenzie-Harris corporation in San Francisco. It was hand-printed on a Vandercook press on Arches paper from France in July 1986 at the Penmaen Press in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. The cover illustration is by Irena Martens and the design and printing are by Luke Ives Pontifell. Fifty hardcover copies have been bound by hand and numbered I through L.
