Description The red binding (after loosing the sash) with the gold blocking makes for an exceptionally handsome book. It is unusual in that the binding is along the top edge, whilst the presentation is landscape. It qualifies as “no-frills” in that there are 6 pages of introduction, including a handwritten example of a daily page entry, and the whole of the remainder is used for daily pages. The inside of the rear binder is used for permanent details of the vessel.
